Lately, Laopo had been preparing for me a very delicious and healthy soup in the evening that I enjoyed so much. The soup is very nutritious with no artificial flavoring added other then a dash of chicken stout to give the soup a bit more flavor.
In the soup, she add in different types of vegetables depending what is available currently in our fridge. These includes Winter Melon, White Radish, Red Carrots, dates, sweet corn, wolfberries and potatoes for filling the tummy. She will also add in a bit of lean Pork Spare ribs or a chicken drumsticks to give my body some meat.
The soup is so delicious and I enjoyed each bowl of the soup that she prepared for me. Attached here are some photos I taken of this healing soup.
